  • Where do I start?

    Firstly register by clicking on the Sign In link. Once completed you are registered and can start purchasing directly off the Gaming View Technologies website.

  • How do I place an order?

    Select the products you are interested in purchasing from us and add these to your cart by clicking on the Add to Cart button. Once you cart is full and ready for check-out you can get a summary by clicking on the items in your Shopping Cart - top right of any page. Proceed to checking out by following the steps and agree to the Terms and Conditions on the site. Once this is done a message will appear stating that your order has been received. The site will email you an order/invoice number that must be used as your reference when paying us.

  • What is our address?

    We are an online store, but our home based office are situated in Cape Town. (Google Map)

  • There are items that you do not have on your site, is it possible to source what I want?

    We believe that running a small store means we can offer a better service to you. However we do have access to many other products and we welcome you to contact us for more information.

  • I would like a quote before I buy, how can I obtain one?

    For quotes please place an order as normal and the site will automatically email you a Pro Forma invoice that can be used as a quote. This quote is valid for 10 days.

  • There's something I like but the site instructs me to "Call for availability", what does this mean?

    We try our best to update the site everyday with items that are in or out of stock with our suppliers. Generally all "In stock" items are in stock but "Call for availability" items are either out of stock, can be sourced but may take some time or may be in stock since we last updated the site. Best is to call us to confirm.

  • Do you have a physical shop?

    No, we don't. Collections and walk-in sales are NOT possible, our suppliers carry the stock and we deliver to your door.

  • I would like to collect my order from you, how do I go about doing this?

    Unfortunately we no longer offer a collection service for security purposes. Gaming View Technologies is based in Cape Town, but we have suppliers nation wide and we offer a delivery service nation wide.

  • Do you ship items as well as full pre-built systems anywhere in South Africa and how safe is the shipping?

    Yes we do. We use a courier company that delivers door-to-door nation-wide and there is an option to insure your order when checking out.

  • What are your shipping rates?

    As all orders are unique it is hard to give you an exact price on shipping. We ask that you place an order on the website so that the site can automatically work it out for you. Please refer to the shipping terms here Shipping and Returns

  • Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

    Sorry we do not. We ship to physical addresses in South Africa only.


  • Do you accept Credit Cards?

    No we do not as the server is not yet SSL certified. We do not want to take responsibility for the possible loss of your personal information. Only EFT payments are allowed at this time.

  • Eish, it's broken and I need an RMA ( returned merchandise authorization), where do I start?

    Sorry to hear that. Please mail us a description of the problem and we'll get right back to you with how to proceed with the RMA process.
